Specialty Vietnamese coffee from smallholder farmers to your cup in Japan
What is Gharaam Coffee?
Gharaam Coffee is a Japan-based specialty coffee importer and the official partner of Hoi An Roastery, Vietnam.
Our purpose is to introduce a side of Vietnamese coffee that is largely unknown in Japan — the finest quality Arabica and Robusta Vietnamese coffee with great taste, clear traceability to origin, social, and environmental impact.

Only ripe, red cherries are harvested and the beans are hand sorted to ensure minimal defects and to achieve the best taste profile.
Our Arabica and Robusta coffee is bought directly from smallholder ethnic minority farmers in the remote Vietnamese regions of Khe Sanh and DaLat to Japan, ensuring fair farmer pay.
All possible through our exclusive partnership with Hoi An Roastery, Vietnam
Hoi An Roastery works with international NGO and local authorities in rural Vietnam to teach framers sustainable coffee farming practices, hand harvesting and hand sorting, while ensuring fair farmer pay, and a positive environmental impact. This, with the highest standards of coffee processing, and an especially crafted roasting profile by a certified Q-grader result in one of the top quality and best tasting specialty coffee in the world.
Gharaam (غرام) is an Arabic word that means deep love. As coffee lovers, it reflects our affection for this tasty and healthy beverage that is enjoyed each day by billions of people around the globe. Gharaam also signifies our deep love and strong bond to the land and the farmers where the journey of our coffee starts.
